Land of caves.

The Salento offers a variety of caves which can be visited: Castellana Grotte famous for its kilometers of caves. Grotte Basiliane di San Biagio close to San Vito, with its frescos of 1100. Grotte di Montevicoli full of stalctites and stalagmites.
